①第一篇Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival, also known as the Chinese New Year. To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West. The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the Gregorian calendar, so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February.
To the ordinary Chinese, the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year's Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar. "Guo Nian," meaning "passing the year," is the common term among the Chinese people for celebrating the Spring Festival. It actually means greeting the New Year. In an instant the whole city would be engulfed in the deafening noise of the firecrackers.

手抄报是一种可传阅、可观赏、也可张贴的报纸的另一种形式。在学校，手抄报是第二课堂的一种很好的活动形式，和黑板报一样，手抄报也是一种群众性的宣传工具。

一、手抄报的总体构思

如何使一张手抄报在有限的空间内，既容纳一定的知识内容，版面设计又精彩美观呢？这不单纯是技巧问题，对编者来说，组稿、编辑、排版、插图、书写，这是一个全神贯注、脑手并用的创造过程，是他的文化修养、生活情趣、精神风貌和艺术修养的综合体现。这对一个学生来说，无疑是发展个性才能的广阔天地。

办手抄报，从总体上考虑，首先要确立主题思想。一期手抄报，版面很有限，要办出特色，必须在内容上突出一个主题，做到主题突出，又丰富多彩。版面编排和美化设计，也要围绕着主题，根据主题和文章内容决定形式的严肃与活泼，做到形式与内容的统一。

二、手抄报的编排设计

手抄报的编排设计，总的要求是：主题明确，版面新颖美观。

1.版面划分

先把版面划分成两块，每块中还可以再分成片。划分文章块面时，要有横有竖，有大有小，有变化和有对称的美。报头要放在显著位置。

2.块面编排

如不符合原先的划分，就要将版面块面安排作必要的调整；如不能安排下文章，就利用移引、转版的形式等，并用字号、颜色、花边与邻近的文章块面相区别。

3.装饰设计

除报头按内容设计、绘制外，每篇文章的标题也要作总体考虑，按文章主次确定每篇文章标题的字体、字号、颜色及横、竖排位置。文章内容以横排为主，行距大于字距，篇与篇之间适应用些题花、插图、花边及尾花等穿插其中，起装饰、活泼片面的作用。

三、手抄报的书写

1.标题的书写

主要或重要的文章标题，应用较醒目、庄重的字样；文娱消息或次要文章，则可用轻松活泼的字体。同一期或同一版上的各篇文章标题，也应用不同的字体书写。标题字体应比文章内容字体大，色彩也应加重。标题多用美术字，以楷书、行书、魏书、隶书见多。

2.正文的书写

字体要清楚、美观大方，字行间要整齐，字体不宜太小，忌潦草、错字。 (最好用钢笔书写)

四、手抄报的装饰美化

主要是用色彩、绘图等艺术手段，弥补文字的单调，给人以生动形象、优美和谐的美感和启迪。内容包括报头、题花、插图、花边、尾花和色彩运用等。

1.报头

它是手抄报的标志，由图案或画面和刊名组成。文字上由报头名称、日期和编辑单位等组成。

2.题花

是对文章标题或开关的装饰，常见的有底纹，带有提示性的图画或图案。

3.插图

可以根据文章的内容，画一个能说明一个情节的画面，这种形式与文章内容紧密联系；还可以采用与文章内容毫无联系的图案，如花鸟、山水等，这是纯粹为了美化而作的。

4.花边

一般不宜太多、太大、太粗，否则就会喧宾夺主。花边可以美化版面，可以隔开文章，便于阅读。

5.尾花

是装饰在文章后面的图画或图案。如一篇文章抄完后，还剩有空白，可以画一尾花，既可充实版面，又能增加美感。

6.色彩

一般宜简练、明快、淡雅，不宜过分渲染、杂乱。一般而言，正文色调宜朴素、稳重；标题及花边、插图等，则可用较鲜艳的色彩。这样才能浓淡适宜，增强效果。
